OUR VISION

The institution of the Christ centered family is God ordained and empowered by His Word. Our responsibility is to do all that is within His power to establish, strengthen, fortify, build, and protect His design. The family unit is created by God. This institution
is to be given every opportunity to grow, thrive, and succeed by God's grace, power, and favor.

This is accomplished through preaching the Word and placing a proper and balanced emphasis on the family as Christ ordained it to be. Family classes, activities, fellowship, prayer time, and opportunities for anointing must be provided.  Marriage, men's, women's, youth, children's and nursery programs will fortify each participant thus strengthening the unit. Christ centered, Spirit led, and empowered by His Word.

"So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and
female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful,
and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth." [Genesis 1:27-28]

"Now therefore hearken unto me, O ye children: for blessed are they that keep my ways." [Proverbs 8:32]

"The just man walketh in his integrity: his children are blessed after him." [Proverbs 20:7]

Equipping Believers

The emphasis is placed on the importance of a proper daily relationship with the person of Jesus Christ and practical application of His Word based on that relationship. The Just live by Faith. [Romans 1:17] Faith comes by hearing.  [Romans 10:17]  Only His sheep hear His voice. [John 10:27]  To be one of His sheep you must be in relationship with Him. Relationship is the key. We believe in providing solid, Bible-based teaching and viable tools to help you live an overcoming and victorious life. Believers are taught how to 'practically' apply God's Word. What you hear you can and must live by.

"And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and the word of their testimony;
and they loved not their lives unto the death." [Revelation 12:11]

"So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." [Romans 10:17]

Healing the Hurting

The church is to be the place where those that are lost and hurting can gather themselves to the Word of God and around God's leaders. As with those who gathered themselves to David, the saints of God that will rally themselves to the Word and around God's leaders will find restoration and healing. These become mighty in God.

When people become disciples they will give place to the anointing. The Anointing
sets men free and gives them a new outlook and attitude. Gratitude determines attitude.
Attitude determines servitude.

"And the people, when they knew it, followed him [Jesus]: and he received them,
and spake unto them of the kingdom of God, and healed them that had need of healing."  [Luke 9:11]

"The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the
captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,
To preach the acceptable year of the Lord." [Luke 4:18-19]

Reaching the Lost

Believers should be equipped with the life giving Word of God and then minister that

life to those around them, starting with those closest to them and graduating to the world. The Gospel is not for a select few. It is for 'whosoever'. It is the believers high privilege, right, and obligation to yield themselves as vessels of honor and ministers of
reconciliation to this end. This is accomplished best through personal witness. The best
witness to the world is the life of one who is wholly committed to Jesus Christ, living
out their walk with great humility of heart, yet boldness in Christ.

"And he said unto them, 'Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.'" [Mark 16:15-16]
